Madelaine Millar was raised in Missoula, Montana, and studied journalism in Boston for five years. She rediscovered her love of visual art during the pandemic, and began identifying her voice when an overlapping bad breakup, unexpected move, major job change, and serious surgical procedure left her with lots to say.
