Brenna Fisher’s drawing, painting, and writing dive into the sensory experience of a moment. In unfurling scrolls, layered watercolors, and instantaneous sketches, she contorts representations of her insides to construct her anatomy as it feels. Her work represents a compassionate practice and an ongoing process of confrontation and acceptance.
New York based artist Brenna Fisher, works in drawing, painting, and writing. Or Does It Explode with Greenpoint Film Festival featured her work in a 2017 group show, as part of the ongoing More Women in the Art World campaign. Brenna graduated from the College of Wooster and also participated in the New York Arts Program.
