Artist Statement
“Water Ways” is a celebration of the delicious beauty of the wet world. Moving, shaking, twisting and reflecting, many of these images of fountains in Los Angeles show small reservoirs that have since been allowed to dry. Vestiges of the drought’s rare rainwater are what is new in the public square.
